take a look at

and look for a "load equalizer".
But I am NOT convinced the H-D one will fit your
Suzuki, so be careful.
Also; It is rumoured that that famous store
"Radio Shack", of yours (we don't have it in
Sweden)might have something that fits. If you are
going there you might as well just buy a suitable
resitor (there is a formula involving watts, ohms
and volts wich I don't remember from school)
they will surely know how to help you, and the
resistor will be cheaper too.
I personally would look for a smaller bulb with
the correct watts, since the more watts, the
brighter the lamp = you will be noticed better.
